Turbo Mode

Let’s make this year a fun experience by learning something interesting and valuable while making a greater impact on the world around us. Turn on your turbo engines because this post will be quite lengthy. Nonetheless, I’ll do my best to cover what is important that’ll suit your needs my fellow heroes!

Books

Reading books is essential for accumulating a vast amount of knowledge! Pick up whatever books that you’re interested in that can help you have a better understanding of the world around you. You can also read fun books that are entertaining which is better than watching three to six hours of television and movies (this is just my honest opinion). More importantly, the heart of a book holds the power to your future. Many great successful men and women from human history have read books throughout their lifetime, which in turn, have further developed their creative minds. If you’re not much of an avid reader, I would highly recommend books that are interesting to you specifically, so that you can develop a long lasting habit of reading more books throughout your own life. Nevertheless, I’ll give you super folks a list of genres that you might want to research and check out for yourselves.

Book Genres To Check Out:

  1. Business/ Personal Finances
  2. Entrepreneurship
  3. Non-fiction
  4. Food/Dieting
  5. Spiritual (The Bible for example)
  6. Science (Biology or Chemistry)
  7. Fantasy
  8. Science Fiction
  9. History/Cultures
  10. Autobiography (famous individuals that you’re inspired by)
  11. Action/Adventure Novels
  12. Mystery
  13. Manga (Japanese Comics)/ Comic Books (Western Comics)
  14. Informational Books (Computer Programming, How to Draw Books, Learning How to Speak French or Japanese Books, Learning How to Play The Piano, and so forth)
  15. Self-help (make sure you do your own research on a particular book that can actually turn your life around, and also that will eventually help you become successful in any area of your life)

Learning A Language

If you had one language you would like to learn, what would that be? Pick one language that interests you the most and start learning it right away! Don’t be like a lazy student like me when it comes to learning a language because you’ll start to lose a lot of what you’ve learned. It’s important to have a lot of confidence in yourself when you decide to speak your chosen language with a native speaker. If you have a friend that is French, Japanese, American, Italian, German, Nigerian or Korean that you’re close with, you should definitely ask for their help regardless of your speaking ability.

It’s perfectly normal to not be good at speaking your chosen language. You’re a beginner for a reason, so give yourself some slack on learning a new language that might take you years to fully master. Have a specific reason on why you want to study that particular language you want to learn. There might be some days where you don’t want to continue on studying your chosen language, however, you shouldn’t give up because you’re not improving at an accelerated rate. Take your time each and every day studying your chosen language bit by bit. Don’t race yourself like a speedster because learning a language and mastering it is a long and difficult process. Here are some languages you might want to learn for yourself:

Languages To Learn

  1. Japanese
  2. English
  3. Russian
  4. French
  5. Korean
  6. Italian
  7. German
  8. Chinese
  9. Nigerian
  10. Arabic
  11. Spanish

Skills

Load up that memory bank of yours because you’re going to want to continue to learn some new skills along the way. To be quite frank, you should choose a skill that you simply want to learn, or to expand upon that will help you become successful in your career field or for your brand. Work at your own pace when it comes to learning. You should make the learning process completely fun for yourself because you don’t want to burn yourself out easily in the long run. Taking your studies way too seriously can slowly burn your desire to stay consistent on mastering your skills, if you don’t allow yourself to have any fun at all learning. Find simple ways on making your learning experience exciting even when you’re starting to learn the basics of computer programming that may be exhausting work at first. Here’s my saying; If you don’t like the minimum wage job (that may be draining your life slowly) that you’re currently working in as of now, or if you don’t like where you are in your life then you should definitely learn a skill that can help you become more capable and marketable to your community and to the world around you.

If you’ve ever played any of the Final Fantasy (Square Enix: a gaming company responsible for the creation of the Final Fantasy game franchise) games from the late 1980’s- 2000’s, you’ll know that the characters from your party from each of those games started out at level one. As you continue on playing those games for months or even years, you’ll soon end up reaching the level of 99. At level 99, your skills and abilities gives you the higher advantage on fighting powerful enemies, not to mention, the ultimate bosses at the end of those games that have godlike powers! You’re essentially capable of being successful on your quests by having the diligence to keep getting stronger and smarter by leveling up your skills through the challenges you face.

From my JRPG (Japanese Role Playing Game) example, you should take into consideration that life is all about leveling up your skills, your knowledge, your mental awareness (increasing the good vibes), your overall health, and so forth. Throughout your life, you’ll be fighting ultimate bosses and powerful enemies that can literally break you down into millions of shattered pieces, if you’re not well trained enough for the battle’s that are there to strengthen and shape your overall character (you’re the main protagonist in your everyday story of life). Nonetheless, here are some examples of skills you might want to develop for yourself:

Skills That Can Be Learned

  1. Developing Mental Toughness
  2. Having The Persistence’s To Changing Your Life For The Better
  3. Computer Programing
  4. Developing Your Writing Skills
  5. Learning To Play an Instrument
  6. Writing Music
  7. Learning A Language (As Stated Above)
  8. Drawing
  9. Sales/ Marketing
  10. Creating Some Sort Of Invention
  11. Any Other Skill You Want To Learn!

Conclusion

At the end of the day, make it a priority to learn something new each and every day. Don’t settle for what you already know, but continue to expand your knowledge and skills while having fun doing so. It’s not a race whether you want to be rich or successful next year (which may be possible), however, you should just enjoy learning something that can help someone be inspired on turning their life around because you showed them that it was possible by your willingness to grow. Nevertheless, have a super extraordinary day, and I do hope that this post has given you a greater perspective about learning what it is that you might want to learn for yourself. God bless and take care super friends!
