Hi, I’m Joshua, the creator of Rising Lionheart, and I am passionate about becoming the best man I can be despite my own personal struggles. As someone who struggles with various insecurities, I created this website to share my love for personal development, Christian faith, comics, movies, TV shows, art, traveling, poetry, writing, language learning, and storytelling. Throughout my life, fictional stories and the heroes from those worlds have taught me life lessons about being kind, compassionate, loving, driven, heroic, accountable, and bold; developing one’s own inner strength; protecting your loved ones; healing others; and forgiveness.
These lessons are explored here as I apply them to my own life.
