A beautiful day to hike.

Determined

There are always new challenges that we have to overcome on this earth. Every single one of us has been blessed with the ability to adapt and to overcome various forms of challenges that life has to offer. Is it any good at all to settle for your least best or to excel at your greatest level? From my understanding of being on this earth for twenty-five years is that there are two types of fears we should be aware of; the good fear (when you know you have to do something very important that’ll get you out of your comfort zone) and the bad fear (staying away from a dangerous situation and so forth). Nevertheless, I will only discuss more of the good fear on this post.

Good Fear

The greatest fear that I assume that some of us superheroes struggle with is the fear of failure, the fear of rejection, the fear of not being good enough to succeed, the fear of the unknown, the fear of standing out, the fear of challenging one’s self and potential, the fear of change, the fear of moving on from a comfortable environment, and so forth. Whatever your good fear is, I would strongly suggest that you analyze yourself on why you fear something that could potentially challenge you and possibly change your life for the better? Good fear exists in this universe to shape us into powerful individuals that can stand steadfast during the greatest tidal wave in human history. I like to think of legends from the past and present who decided that their fears weren’t going to them dictate their lives any longer for what it’s worth.

If we remain comfortable in our abilities to repeat the same bad habits and patterns that are producing the same results year after year then why should we be upset about where we’re at in our lives? The obvious answer is to stop doing what doesn’t work and to find a proven solution that can increase your mental fortitude, force field, and spiritual connection with the Lord. You can be a superhero, but to be among the greatest superheroes of all time is where the real challenge is at.

If you know you have to confront a fear that scares you, yet you know that it could benefit your life in the long run then why should you run away like a chicken? There’s a time and place where we have to be strong enough to accept the risk and live the best lives that we can for our families and for the people around us that need inspiration and change within themselves.

Conclusion

If you need some help in overcoming a particular fear, don’t hesitate to ask for help from a close friend or loved one. Sometimes it’s important to share your concerns with someone that can most likely relate to you, and more importantly, offer some positive advice and strategies on how they overcame a particular fear that had changed their life for the better. I am telling you this from personal experience, ask for help because it will certainly help you move forward much quicker from whatever it is that is slowing down in your life. Having a strong support system can help you face your fears while being accountable for achieving your objectives. I would recommend having two or three people that you can trust on helping you face your fears. We all need a superhero team that’ll face against a powerful foe that one hero can’t beat alone. Take care super folks!
